CORONAVIRUS UPDATE

- UK: Please expect 1 weeks delay in addition to the shipping times outlined below. 

- INTERNATIONAL: Please expect 2 weeks delay in addition to the shipping times outlined below. 

Unfortunately, mail services are understaffed globally and thus operating at a reduced capacity due to the spread of the pandemic. 

 

SHIPPING TIMES - UK

We ship all UK orders via First Class Royal Mail, unless expedited tracked is selected at check-out. 

UK First Class orders take 1-2 working days to arrive once shipped. 

 

SHIPPING TIMES - INTERNATIONAL

We ship International orders via Royal Mail International Standard. This is not a tracked service and takes 7-10 working days. 

International orders will only be sent tracked if this option is selected at check-out. 

Delays may occur if orders are held-up at customs. Please note that we make every effort to avoid this occurring, but if this does occur we request an extra 2 weeks is afforded to allow the order to arrive. 

 

ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 3 working days for orders to be processed and shipped, and 5 days during busy periods such as sales or seasonal holidays.

 

CUSTOMS CHARGES

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any customs charges that may be added to your order by your country. 

 

ADDRESSES

Please ensure that the address given when ordering is correct - Peach and Willow Ltd cannot be held responsible for missing delivery due to an incorrect address.

We include return addresses on our parcels and if we receive the order back, the buyer will be responsible for any re-shipping costs.  

If you are ordering to work or shared accommodation, we highly recommend you choose a tracked shipping service as we cannot be held responsible for missing orders at an address where others have access to your mail.
